Elisabete Pereira (IHC-University of Évora/IN2PAST), principal investigator of the TRANSMAT project, and Maria Figueira (IHC-University of Évora/ IN2PAST), project fellow and doctoral student in the History and Philosophy of Science – Museology program at the University of Évora (IHC), presented the results of the TRANSMAT project at the VIII Iberian Forum on Museological Studies, held between November 8 and 10, 2024, at the University of Coimbra.

This is the third consecutive year that the project team has participated in the international meeting, disseminating the ongoing research work. On this occasion, the methodology applied to the study of the collections of the partner museums, the National Museum of Archaeology (Lisbon) and the Santos Rocha Municipal Museum.
